Thank you! Thank you PeoplesHost!! After the webhost I had been working with for over 13 years changed ownership my websites would no longer work and I had no support from my old host that was worth anything. I tried several other webhosts that were “okay” but the support and responsiveness of PeoplesHost was heads and shoulders above the others. I really felt like PeoplesHost had my back as team members in getting my sites up and running smoothly.

After too many years and thousands of dollars spent with GoDaddy, I had to switch. Fortunately I found Peoples Host. Their support team took care of me promptly and with direct communication. Subsequently they've helped with coding issues, Wordpress issues, and other web related issues in a prompt fashion. They're excellent at responding to questions and emails. I know I'm a valued customer and highly recommend them.

I used to have Arvixe hosting which went downhill fast. I switched to PeoplesHost and will never look back.
They've looked at a number of issues I was having and responded extremely fast to help resolve the issue. Every time I've had a problem, they are there to help - with no wait time!

I absolutely love the service at People's Host. We just switched over recently from a popular web hosting brand. At this other brand, we got no service or answers when our traffic was growing. Brian at PeoplesHost was amazing in switching us over. He replied quickly to my emails and many many questions and even offered his own tips on how we could improve our site speed and more. All our sites were moved over quickly and effortlessly and our site speeds are all faster. I've never had such great service at a hosting company before and I would recommend People's Host to anyone and everyone!

After having my business email down for 2 days (no fault of my own) and trying to contact my email host company for 2 days with no response, I was desperately tweeting to my email host to help. Brian from PeoplesHost responded to my tweet that they could help me. And did they! Brian helped switch over my email and web hosting services very quickly and I was up and running again with PeoplesHost before I even got a reply from the other provider. As a sole proprietorship, I can't afford downtime, much less downtime where my provider won't respond. Thanks, PeoplesHost, you saved the day!

I was hesitant to make the move to PeoplesHost after they reached out on Twitter, but after reading some of their reviews I decided to take a leap of faith. I’m so glad I made the move! My previous host had downtime issues at least once or twice a week and also decided to discontinue support through tickets, which was the most convenient for me since I have other things to focus on. Whenever I needed to contact support it would take at least 30+ minutes sometimes over an hour just to get connected...

PeoplesHost is the best out there. I was nervous about switching hosting companies because the one I was with was the biggest name out there but I had been experiencing such horrible service and maddening downtime, I knew I had to. PeoplesHost has been remarkable, they migrated my entire site and email hosting without a hitch. Great speed, uptime and the customer service is awesome.

I've been hosting my own websites for 20 years, and my PeoplesHost VPS has not only been trouble-free, but their level of customer support and personal care during the process of moving my sites over to them was above and beyond the call of duty. As a developer with some experience, I appreciate a hosting company that gives me the tools that I need (gated ssh access, git and drush, to name a couple.)
I have had the opportunity to speak with their support people on a couple of occasions - they're professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and highly competent.
Having worked with HostGator, BlueHost, and Site5, I find PeoplesHost to be head and shoulders above them. I'm not going back.

After years of dealing with poor service from other vendors, I finally made the jump to PeoplesHost. They are extremely responsive with any support tickets I placed, and they moved all of my hosted sites over for me, along with my email, and transferred my domain quickly. I highly recommend using them. The price is right, and the support folks are Awesome!!

PeoplesHost has been amazing! What other host do you get direct contact with the partners? I've tried host after host, many who are now owned by the dreaded EIG (HostGator, BlueHost, A Small Orange, Arvixe, Site5, Ipage, etc, etc.), and have finally found my new home with a web host that truly cares for their customers I'm tired of dealing with the headaches and I'm finally away from the mess those other brands call a service...

Following several days downtime with our old host, iPage, I took to social media to try and get an answer. When I did get a reply they may have well said go away we have your money we don’t care!

Brian from PeoplesHost then sent me a message offering to help. Following a conversation including the best package for us, we then decided to switch hosts. Brian then explained exactly what he needed and how things would go from that point. Within a matter of hours, he was sending me all the info we needed and advised we should soon be back online. Within hours the website and email was back up and running and the best bit, we had to do nothing apart from supply info.

Would I recommend PeoplesHost, YES. Thank you Brian!

Peopleshost reached out to me on Twitter when it was clear that I was having issues with my former host, Dreamhost.
The team reached out, offered me a good deal and helped me to find something that was right for me.
I was a bit skeptical at first but considering that the level of customer service I was getting before even being a customer was so good I decided to take the plunge.

I have worked with a lot of different hosting companies and Peoples Host has exceeded my expectations! They have gone above and beyond to work with me and help ease any concerns I have about web hosting. They have even gone so far as to personally reach out to me and check to make sure things are ok. And when I have had difficulty with my site (because I'm more of a beginner than an expert) they have even helped me figure out what the issue was and worked to correct it! I found PeoplesHost by putting a plea out on Twitter for a new hosting company after being jerked around by my old one. You know the deal...here's a really great price to start then we are going to double the price. Brian saw my tweet and reached out to me. After several hours of chatting back and forth on twitter and then email he won me over. And that was not easy. The customer service was great, my websites did not get lost, he transferred them over for me with no problems! I could not have been happier.

Peoplehost support is without a doubt, better than both HostGator and GoDaddy combined. If you're looking for a reliable host then look no further. PeoplesHost reached out to me so I listened with an open mind. After researching PeoplesHost and seeing their positive reviews online I decided to give them a shot.

My previous hosting provider was plagued with downtime and horrible support. I was passed from rep to rep with the same canned responses. PeoplesHost doesn't put up a facade. They're honest, upfront, communicate, and handle everything very professionally. My migration wasn't the easiest, but they updated me throughout the whole process.

Since moving to PeoplesHost I haven't had any issues. So far so good...I am so thankful to have been approached by such an amazing web host!

In January we moved our 4 B2B websites from one ISP to PeoplesHost. The move was an excellent choice. Our site uptime went from 75% to 100%. Site speed dropped from 6.5 seconds to about 3.5 seconds. PeoplesHost gave us excellent input on how to improve it more based on some simple changes we could make. Adam, our contact at PeoplesHost, has been outstanding to work with, helping us to migrate our site and get us up and running. We highly recommend them.

Adam at PeoplesHost is incredible! At any moment, he's available to assist with whatever we need. Additionally, he goes above an beyond to help with issues unrelated to standard hosting. For instance, when we downgraded our services from VPS to shared hosting, he helped transferred all the email accounts. As long they're in business, I will continue to host my accounts with them.

Being with Arvixe before the EIG acquisition I was content dealing with their ok service and cheap price. But after, their service went from good to 0 real fast...The Leaf mail server went down for over a month! Try dealing with robots who apologize, telling you they're trying their best to resolve the issue on a weekly basis...So I switched to Peopleshost. Their service is Top Notch! They were able to migrate my websites on the same day. They replied to my emails within the day and helped get my email backups from Arvixe once the mail server went back up (after a month). You won't be dealing with robots who make you wait forever for the live chat...You won't be disappointed.

People's Host is amazing! I recently switched from **** ***** to **** ****, only to find out they were both owned by the same crappy company. Every time I needed assistance with my website, I waited on hold with the online chat feature, for over 10 minutes, and then finally I was able to talk to a rep. Sadly the rep had 5 other chats going so I'd get a reply every 5 minutes. I then found "Peoples Host" and decided to switch because I was responded to right away. Everyone at Peoples Host provided me with exceptional services. They were courteous and very polite and helped me transfer my site over. they found me the best hosting plan for my website as well. Just all around great company. I don't think I'll go anywhere else after being spoiled with speed from these guys.
