Shared Hosting Backups
Our shared hosting servers backup daily and we retain the last 5 days of backup in the event we or our customers need to retrieve deleted or otherwise lost data.
This includes our Linux, WordPress and Windows shared hosting plans.
VPS Hosting Backups
All of our VPS nodes backup your entire VM weekly and those backups are retained for three weeks before they are rotated.
If you need more frequent backups, please contact support and we can setup daily remote backups for an additional cost.
Dedicated Server Backups
Dedicated servers are backed up automatically once per week with one restore point being the previous week.
