After having my business email down for 2 days (no fault of my own) and trying to contact my email host company for 2 days with no response, I was desperately tweeting to my email host to help. Brian from PeoplesHost responded to my tweet that they could help me. And did they! Brian helped switch over my email and web hosting services very quickly and I was up and running again with PeoplesHost before I even got a reply from the other provider. As a sole proprietorship, I can't afford downtime, much less downtime where my provider won't respond. Thanks, PeoplesHost, you saved the day!
